I like cool curls and I usually wear socks but I decided to give it a try as the socks are open all night. It seems safe but was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in it. I think I got a bit of a headache from the confinement on the tape around my head. Unfortunately, it slipped off my head in the middle of the night. I think if you plan on using it during the day it's fine, but I don't recommend it at night.

Total nonsense, the shape is not very suitable for a human head and I can't imagine sleeping on it. It is better not to wear a belt from a dressing gown, it is more convenient!

I'm useless almost every night. Your hair should be about 90% dry as directed in the instructions. I apply some OlaPlex #7 oil before wrapping my hair around it, put on a silk nightcap and head to bed. Voila! My curls are very tight at first but after I comb them they calm down. Day two's curls are more like thin waves, but they're gorgeous. I bought 3, love it!

Didn't work for me. I have long thick hair. I would use it on wet hair, my hair would still be wet in the morning, nothing would frizz, maybe just the front two hairs. He doesn't stay down. Just don't wear socks. I am trying to return and get my money back but there is no convenient way to return it.

Love it! For someone with frizzy, dry hair who limits their use of heat tools, this is a game changer. I was watching a video someone posted that helped. Not sure about that yet. I used a robe tie and it worked better but I'll keep trying. This may be user error. It's very soft!
