I ordered them for my 7 year old, they are too big! It's good that they have drawstrings inside so I can tighten them, but even then they're quite large. I ordered him size 8.

Cheap material, not suitable for active kids as 2 pairs come apart at the zipper and crotch and the 3rd pair is about to break.

I was very disappointed to find that these are NOT zip up jeans as shown in the picture. The image does NOT match the product. The picture shows it should be a button closure, but it is a button closure.

We wore Carters when my son was younger but now that she's older I find them really good wasn't a fan of the big boy clothes (toddler sizes aside) they make. Children's Place clothing is similar to Carter's in that it is larger than other brands and I love that almost all of their clothing has an adjustable waistband and snaps up to a size 7. Although the color on these jeans is dark, it didn't run as heavy as I thought it would. BTW I used dye traps for the first wash but they didn't trap much

These are a good pair of jeans in the same size. He's a big guy, slim and tall - these fit him well too - I hate to see him in shorts.
