Average size too big for 6 year olds

My son is taller than his peers. Usually we buy clothes designed for 7 years. However, this time the size of the M Jogger turned out to be too big. We leave them for next year.

Pros
  • Love the material, they don't curl up and are very durable for my 6 year old!!!
Cons
  • The inseam was much shorter than any other boy my son has worn. Fits more like 4t than 5/6

WORKING DRAWINGS

I only buy my very tight 6 year old drawstring pants or very skinny pants so they are perfect! Very soft and thick material and also the price for such a good quality!

Comfortable, pockets, art drawstring

These would work well as football pants for my 3 year old. I've seen a lot of questions about pockets and laces, so I wanted to say we had real pockets and fake laces. I want the laces to be real. Fakes are such nonsense to me.

Great pants for colder months/active kids

The fabric is very thick so they are ideal for the colder months but if your child is very active then they are also great for playing outside Temperature because it forms a layer of blanket as they fall which probably prevents a few bruises/cuts. I definitely recommend them! And I will probably buy a larger size when my son outgrows the current ones.

Cute, warm and soft but NOT functional Drawstrings

They are nice and thick and soft. Good quality which I really appreciated in The Children's Place. However, the description said there was a working drawstring waist, which was one of the main reasons I ordered these pants. Very disappointed to receive this order and to find that the lace is decorative rather than functional. My son is tall and skinny so they fit him perfectly but fall right off his waist.
