Cozy Millstone Shirt: Not quite the perfect fit

I recently bought the patterned long sleeve boys shirt from The Children's Place in Millstone for my 10 year old son. Although the design and quality of the shirt is excellent, I was disappointed with the sizing. I ordered size L (10/12) but it was too tight for my son. He normally wears a size 10/12 comfortably but this particular shirt was oddly tight in the arms and chest.
