Badly done!: my rating

Ordered these for my 6 year old son for a sailing camp. Disintegrates in less than 2 weeks. The inner lining had come loose and sand was now clinging to the remains of glue. The rubber outsole comes off the toe on the outside of the shoe. My son only wore them half a day at sailing camp. Poorly made product!

Pros
  • Excellent quality. They seemed a bit small to us but great shoes for the water.
Cons
  • Disintegrated in less than 2 weeks

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money and time

They fell apart the third time my son put them on. The soles are completely torn off. They offered me a "cool" 30% discount on another pair. Really!? My son barely wore them and they fell apart completely. Do you expect me to buy another pair? No thank you. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time.

Pros
  • Ideal for grandchildren at the pond.
Cons
  • They fit great but fell apart after wearing them 2 times.

Don't buy in my head

My nine year old son wore these brand new water shoes to a water sports camp at a local lake. They didn't even last a week as the sole detached from the bottom of the shoe. This was very disappointing and frustrating for my son and a waste of money for me.

Pros
  • Fits well for an 11 year old wearing a size 4.
Cons
  • The design may be unattractive to some children, resulting in resistance to wearing.

Looked great, new but HORRIBLE quality

Less than a month later, large holes appeared in them and the rubber sole came off the cloth shoes. Looked great, new but HORRIBLE quality. Walmart water shoes lasted longer.

Pros
  • The lightweight design makes them easy to pack for all your little one's adventures.
Cons
  • Shoes are not machine washable, making cleaning difficult.

AFTER ONE USE THE SOLE WAS OUT AND MY .

AFTER ONE USE THE SOLES WERE OUT AND MY DAUGHTER DID NOT WEAR THEM. THEY WERE IN THE SAILING CLASS THAT REALLY REQUIRES MINIMUM TIME IN THE WATER, BUT THEY NEED TO BE TESTED. HAD TO COME BACK

Pros
  • A little difficult to put on at first, but once perfect. My son loved wearing them. Perfect grip even on slippery, wet grass.
Cons
  • Good shoes but size runs small

Rubbing your feet when walking, the adjustment is bad

Mesh inserts are lined with a fabric on the inside to protect the foot from the mesh, but it is not a soft fabric. Children complain that their feet rub very unpleasantly when they walk. This is unlike other water shoes we have (like the Speedo) where the inner fabric over the mesh sections is soft/low friction. Also, adjusting the size on the back makes it difficult to put the shoe on. If you pull on it to get your foot in, it will close your mouth and make your job much more difficult.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Poor quality

I find these shoes run a little small. My son wears 1 1/2 shoes in his tennis shoes so I ordered 2 in these shoes. His fingers were at the end. They were good for our trip but definitely weren't shoes for more than one season. Also, they are not of very good quality. On the 4th day of wearing on the beach, the soles of the shoes came off completely. One leg now looks like flippers, and the other pair is dangling from the toes. Disappointing to say the least. I am okay with the fit and shoes for

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Lace is shorter than other models

Suitable for outdoor and wet environments.

Construction: In terms of construction, they seem to be on a par with water shoes for adults. They have good traction with the sole and good elasticity in the part where the foot enters. Fit: shoes arrived and we tried them on our 2.5 year old right away. They were very tight, more like a 6 or 6.5, and the next day at the water park, after a while he wanted to take them off. He apparently wears the number 7 in all of his other sneakers apart from these. As he has a younger brother who will one…

Pros
  • Satisfied
Cons
  • I'll get back to you later
