I really liked it but the cover came with tears

Excellent beanbag but the cover came with a tear where the ventilation holes are. Emailed pictures from the company hoping for a replacement but they have not responded. Would consider a better rating if they reviewed any customer service

Buy a 2.5 lb sack included with this

Bean Bag for approximately 2 weeks. We like it very much. Bought an extra bag of styrofoam (2.5 lbs). We got the extra foam today, installed it and could really see the difference in support. If you buy one of these, you will get extra foam.

I was hesitant about this purchase due to mixed reviews about it. Now that I have it, I'm in love! In fact, everyone loves it, including our pets. When we first received the bag we followed the instructions on how to set it up. It took about 24 hours to fully expand as most people have said. The smell was chemical but faded over time. It is exactly the size stated in the description and when fully opened it fits two adults comfortably. The only advice I have is to be willing to fight for it…

It has a sour odor and causes skin, eye, and sinus irritation in many people.

Cover smells slightly sour. After examining the cover for a California label, be mindful of whether the item has been chemically flame retardant coated since it's primarily polyester. This was all in response to several complaints from guests that the chair irritated users' skin and eyes. Even when opening the compressed foam core, the master builder felt a "grain in his eye".
