🐶 Stylish and Cozy: Chilly Dog Boyfriend Dog Sweater in Medium Size Review

I have a Miniature Schnauzer that weighs 22.4 lbs. Usually a medium suits him, but NOT this one. The sweater was at least 4 inches longer than his body, but the width was acceptable so downsizing was not an option. The final straw was the lack of a "hole" for attaching the leash to the collar. This is a beautifully tailored sweater, very heavy but only for indoor use - and too heavy for that.

He loves it! Buying a sweater for a small, long, deep-chested dog can be a daunting task. Kiki is a 19 pound dachshund mix. I chose between small and medium and chose medium and it's perfect. For reference, he is 21 inches long with a 19 inch chest. He let me put it on his head and stretch his legs and now he is SO HAPPY and warm. I'm so glad I listened to the feedback and enjoyed the 1 day free shipping with Prime.

. He LOVES this sweater like I never thought possible. I started calling him Mr. Rogers, not just because of his looks. When we let him out in the morning he literally comes out of the cold, searches the house from wherever we left him, finds the sweater, puts it in his mouth and GETS me putting it on. He literally insists on wearing it when he's cold. I had no idea my dog was so smart.

I bought this sweater on January 10th for my Boston Terrier. Less than three weeks later the entire right side was torn apart and the leg hole is gone. He only wears the sweater about 30 minutes a day when we go for a morning walk, so it's not like he's being rude to him. I'm coming back for a replacement; I hope the next sweater can match the real Chilly Dog quality I've experienced in other dog sweaters.
