Excellent USB to VGA adapter adapter

Product arrived quickly and worked as advertised. Once the software driver for the adapter was loaded onto my computer, it worked great.

Easy to install! Works well!

Works great for us. I didn't have a floppy drive on my laptop so I followed the instructions and quickly installed the drivers!

The driver is on the device

I had to read an IT review to install it. It took a few reboots. It's not intuitive, but it works. My laptop is running windows 10 but windows fixed the problem and went back to windows 8 driver, after rebooting again everything worked.

Worked great with a Windows 10 laptop

I had an old LCD monitor with a VGA port that I wanted to use on a Surface Pro 7 with Windows 10. It only has USB port. It worked! A small CD is provided for downloading the drivers. It was very easy and everything worked right away.

Just what I need to get my second monitor working!

This adapter is just what I needed for extended display on a second monitor. It took a bit of fiddling to get it working properly, I had to install a displayport driver, install an adapter, update resolution settings, etc. It took a while, trial and error, but the adapter worked fine and everything is working great now.

Great for the price

Very easy to use, what more can you ask for in a video adapter. The package comes with drivers included on the mini CD. My laptop no longer has a CD drive, so they also provide a download link on their official website. I recommend that you run the driver executable in compatibility mode. If you're using Windows 10, I had to run the install a second time (right click > troubleshoot compatibility). If you have an earlier operating system, you shouldn't have any problems.

MAKE SURE IT IS PLUGED INTO THE USB 3.0 PORT (BLUE) FOR BEST SCREEN RESOLUTION

This works perfectly and costs a little less than others. I installed the CD in less than a minute (to be on the safe side, I uninstalled my previous product first) to have dual monitors on my computers; The screen resolution on the second screen was far off, but I figured it was because I had my USB connected to a 2.0 (white) port. Once I plugged it into the USB 3.0 port (blue), it worked great. I have a desktop computer with both ports. Use the USB 3.0 port (blue) with this product.

Great device - Easy way to add a monitor to my laptop

I plugged it into a USB port, ran the installer and voila! My second monitor (which I connected to the VGA port) works just as well as the one connected to the HDMI port. I don't use sound on this monitor but from a visual standpoint it works great. The display when using Outlook was slanted (like everything is in italics) when I used the computer again on the second day. Since it didn't happen the first day I plugged it in, I figured it had something to do with how the computer was sending…
