    Arrived beautifully packaged with protective cardboard corners

    Arrived beautifully packaged in foil with protective cardboard corners. Without damage. Thinner than I thought, but I'm assuming the stated thickness. Fairly rigid, but still flexible; not thick enough for a book cover. I considered returning it but decided to experiment by making a journal with a signature and no spine instead. I'm glad I did! A little easier and faster than a classic book with several signatures and a spine.

    Quality control could be better

    Most chipboard was a bit heavy. I ordered 1560 pieces of chipboard, but thinner boards were scattered in the stacks, which disappointed me. I have to wonder if my order was too big for the company to have enough product to fill the order and that is why they switched the order to thinner card stock. But the thicker chipboard was perfect for my project - 190 banners made by a girl in a women's camp. If I had time to go back and get the company to replace a thinner product, I would.

    The chipboard itself is great. I have made covers that fit over tissue boxes.

    chipboard itself was excellent. I made slipcovers to match Christmas tissue boxes so my mom could stop looking for boxes that looked good. (Some fancy paper and you're done, whatever color she wants it to be.) I was really upset at the size. A lot more scrap than I found acceptable, a larger piece would have reduced the amount of scrap. However, the few places I found that sold larger slabs also only sold in quantities that should have been delivered by "truck".
