Product works great. My only complaint is the horrible instructional video you recommend to learn how to attach the strap. I had to watch it over and over because the demo guy seemed to be trying to beat his best score and the narration was zero.

I have quite a few cameras and they all have this strap! I find nylons uncomfortable around the neck, making them uncomfortable for long hours of shooting, especially in the summer heat and humidity. Bought three years ago, liked it so much I bought another one. I use them on Canon dslr and Nikon dslr instead of pointing and shooting. Throw out the included clips and use better ones or don't use them at all.
