I would recommend this skirt to anyone with a waist of 38-37 inches and under. The material is strong enough to hold the folds and not brittle enough to be blown around in the wind. For reference, my measurements are 43-37-41.5 feet. Ordered this for an Erza Scarlet cosplay. Want to order more for other cosplay/business costumes! 😊

This is the best school skirt I could find at Revain. It's a thick material and not too short to walk in. I'm 5ft 7in and it was the perfect length before it became out of place. I'm 6ft 0 in 215# US size 16. I bought the H344 gray in size XL and it was hard to zip up. I bought a second XL thinking I could buckle it up like a kilt into a cape, but the second was a shade larger and I can wear it as is. They have the prettiest legs you've ever seen on a man! This is the must-have skirt! (I don't understand why this product's listing shows photos of two completely different skirts - the H-344 is completely different from the two H-904 variants.)
