So the quality is actually very good! I have a 29.5 inch waist and the large was surprisingly large for me. I was looking for it to sit on my waist above my belly button so I sized to be sure as the media says 29 inches. I never did the swap because it was only for Halloween and I was able to get it to work, but I'm sure the setting would be perfect. For the record, I'm 5ft 4in, 140lbs and a size 6.

This skirt helped me pull off my Britney costume so well! It was the perfect size/fit and very comfortable. The built in shorts underneath were a big plus too, especially on a windy and rainy weekend at a Halloween party. I'm an aerial fitness enthusiast and we had a Halloween photoshoot and the shorts were a life saver even with all the reverse moves! I will definitely wear this skirt over my suit as it is high waisted. It looks great with a bodysuit or similar. Highly recommended!

I ordered this skirt in size XS thinking it would fit, my waist tends to go from 23" to 25". When the skirt arrived it fit my hemline and hips correctly, but my waist was at least 2 inches too big.
