They worked great and looked great for a couple of weeks but I don't recommend them. The cables broke right at the connector, so they can't even be repaired. I left a lot of leeway, but not too much. There shouldn't have been enough tension to create a problem. Luckily it was a few days after Christmas.

Everything is fine. Very bright, easy to put on and take off from the bushes. Multiple lighting options to choose from, which we used to give the house a new look on different nights. The remote controls came in handy on those rainy nights. It is durable and can withstand rain, it shines very bright and colorful. I plan to buy more to pack trees and pillars.

Bought to decorate my sailboat. I installed them from the bow to the top of the mast and further down to the stern. I am using these lights for Christmas on a 30ft tree outside. I love the different light display options but unfortunately most of these aren't what I would use, especially around Christmas so this is a little disappointing. But I like some modes and I'm happy with the display. The lights were easy to work with and the end cap protects the string of lights well from the elements. Looks good, fairly bright colors and well constructed. There are four colors, red, yellow, blue and green. Most programs ALWAYS connect red to yellow and blue to green. So if blue and green are on, then red and yellow are off. And when red and yellow are on, blue and green are off. And there are a few programs that have all four colors on at the same time. They usually start with a slow burst of flashes that builds to a fast flashing state that lasts for some time. The fast flash is too fast…

These things seem to be of a better quality than most LED party lights I've seen in stock. However, there are two things you should be aware of. First, lightbulbs aren't interchangeable (or at least not in the usual way). The lamps are not classic lamps that are pulled out of the socket. I don't see any way to replace them if something goes wrong. Although the bulbs look like the weather won't penetrate them.
