Then I opened the box and it's missing the plug that attaches to the cord and there was no attachment cord or anchor! The product came in the original packaging, not in a cardboard outer box. It was listed as new, but judging by the plastic packaging, musty smell, and missing parts, it wasn't new. The only item in the box was the inflatable itself and the instructions. There was no plug-in for the wall with the posts. I have other inflatables so I tried one of these anchors. The fan rotates but does not inflate or explode. So they sent me a used and broken item and I can't replace it with a working one. I will
