I like these so much! You just make me happy. It's confusing for people who didn't grow up in the US and haven't seen A Christmas Carol - and I love it! I'm happy to say "This is the main reward" when they ask me what that is. And people who have seen the film cannot believe that these lights exist. Everyone wants to know where I bought them.

5 of these sets spanned the ceiling through the living room and dining room. Just note: they don't connect at the ends, forming one long thread. With a little planning and a few extensions, I was able to get them to work for my gorgeous decor. The people here on Christmas Eve really liked them.

Every year for Christmas I buy my husband a Christmas carol. It's kind of our thing since it's his favorite movie. It was made as a gift from him last year. The lights work well and are a decent length. My only complaint is that the color on the lamps could have been better. For the price you pay, expect the color lines to be smooth and not kid-drawn.

Bought two sets. They look great on the tree. As others have pointed out, there are no fishnets here. When the light is on, the denser lower part doesn't emit as much light as the upper near the shadow (as it should). It looks like there's a stocking if you're more than a few feet from the tree. In general I am completely satisfied. Yellow/amber light is ideal.

Bought to decorate the foyer of the play "A Christmas Carol, Musical". They looked cute on the tree but they aren't the best quality for the price. We prepared everything the night before the performance. On opening night the lights weren't working when we plugged them in (they worked perfectly the day before).
