🎄 Brightown All-in-One Christmas Light Clip 100 Pack: Universal Gutter and Shingle Clip for C7, C9, and Mini Lights Review

I ordered these in addition to the plastic clips I bought last year for attaching Christmas lights. I ended up returning them because they are a different style, nothing wrong with them, they just don't fit the mounting position I need to place my clapboards in. Otherwise a pretty decent product. Delivered quickly, sent back at the end and the return was flawless and fast.

We bought these and installed them along the roofline with Christmas lights. They did a good job this Christmas but they couldn't handle the elements. We live in Oklahoma with hot sun and strong winds. They started to crumble like brittle peanuts and our lanterns slowly melted from the roof, hanging down and bits of plastic raining down around our house. To stay updated. One time use with them!

I previously bought from another Christmas garland wholesaler. I was short on time so I bought them because of the fast shipping. Most of them appeared to be of good quality, but I broke at least 10-20% of the 200 I bought trying to fit the bulb into the holder. I've hung thousands of feet of Christmas lights, so this wasn't my first rodeo. I never expected 100% perfection but breaking 20+ clips was too much.

Bought these for my new c9 Christmas lights. When I first used them I put the built in green hooks into the c9 lamp base through the hook on the universal tile clip (see picture) and they held up great. The second time I turned my lights on backwards and couldn't, but the lights still held the pinch very well without even "snapping". Out of 50 bulbs I broke about 4 clips when I switched them on so I made sure to buy more than I need.

I was reluctant to purchase clips as some reviews said C-9 headlights would not fit. The clips fit my C-9 flashlights perfectly and keep them very straight. I am very happy with the purchase. They seem to be durable so I'm hoping they last more than a year or two. Note the difference in the picture. The clip on the left is the typical one we use and is widely used. The clip on the right is for sale here. The plastic is different. My installers report that the clip on the right isn't as good - the plastic stretches and doesn't bend back - it's not as "springy".
