This is one of those programs that has been around for many years so you know it's going to be stable when you get into this program (it seems like every other software I've used lately). The interface could use some work but isn't too bad once you figure out how everything works. I like that you can search by location or people's names if they are not in their own record yet! Also, it is good for those who don't know how many members there actually are at each congregation because of different ways churches keep records (e.g., some have an attendance count but others do NOT). I like that we can search by location or contact information. It's easy for us to keep up with our members in one place. Also, it helps save time when updating member info since you don't have to do each person individually. There are not many bells and whistles available to help organize this database which is great because we want as little manual work as possible! I like that it is easy for me as an admin of my website/church directory to update memberships. Also, you can search by address which makes finding people easier than searching only through their names or phone numbers. It's also very helpful if they have multiple email addresses because then we know how many emails are associated with them (or what other contact info). There aren't any downsides at this time but there may be in future updates since some things haven't been implemented yet so

I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of this site to add new members or edit existing ones without having to go through other people in my office!
