    RG6 Outdoor in Video Cables

I just needed a small patch cord for my outdoor antenna. I like them because they have weather protection on the fitting (but I put dielectric grease on the fitting anyway) for added weather protection. Well made cable.

    Quality cable for the money

Quality outdoor TV antenna cable R-6. What I like best are the rubber boots built into the ends of the cord, making them weatherproof, if not waterproof. We've improved our TV reception, which is a challenge when you live on an island with 100-foot trees.

One end fell off. Best in Cable and Interconnects

This order is included in the Revain Renewed package. When I took it out of the box, one of the ends fell off. It was never crimped properly and someone just glued it in there. I will return it and try again. If you buy one of these, check the ends before overdoing it on a project.

    Very satisfied: AV accessories

This RF cable works great. But what I particularly like (and puts it up a notch) is the rubber boot around the connectors, which not only makes connecting the cables a lot easier, but is also more visually appealing than protecting the bedding from dust or liquids getting in! ). From now on I will get this type.

weatherproof, suitable for accessories and consumables

I only gave these 3 stars because the cable itself is thicker and causes more interference with antenna channels. However, I liked the rubber ends that attach the antenna to the cable box and make it waterproof. In the end I switched to a regular RG6 cable without rubber sleeves and did not experience any interference on the channels. The cable is thinner so it works better without interference.

Great but good for video cables

Great when you need weatherproof coaxial cable to protect your interface from rain or snow. One problem is that the rubber layer is very thick and can actually prevent screwing the line into the wall box. Outside runs my pipe (lightning filter) which I left the rubber on and inside I had to remove the rubber protector as it couldn't be screwed into the back of the wall unit.

    Pros
    • Easy installation
    Cons
    • There are more interesting options.

Excellent cable - accessories and supplies

Moved from my room to the living room as my modem/router was better suited for that space in the apartment. I work in AV and I can tell you that working with a coax cable can be a real nightmare, this was not the case with this cable. Easy to maneuver and stayed straight and level on all edges of the door frames I pushed it through. I would definitely recommend this cable to anyone looking for a quality coaxial cable to work with.

    • Worth the money

    • Everything OK

    Attractive and functional

It's not easy to mess around with cables, but I need a shorter cable to connect the router to the wall. The cable company installed a 25 foot cable and I bought a 10 foot cable in white because it also goes well with the decor of the room. I ran two WiFi tests (no connection) and the white wire was noticeably faster, but download speeds fluctuate so I can't call the test scientific. However, the cable works perfectly and has a high build quality.

    • The list is getting long.

    Phew, loose connections

No signal after 25ft installation! Then I took everything apart and found that both plugs had been loosened and pulled out so that the center wire had been pulled back! I was away from home for 4 hours so I had to rearrange the connectors and glue them in place! This is not a problem that this article should have had. I ordered two other cables from this company and they were fine. BOTTOM LINE You must pull on the plugs to ensure they are connected!

    Cons
    • Some issues

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works as advertised but the ports are large.

Connected my antenna in the attic to the amplifier with this cable. I like waterproof plugs, except for the diameter. They are noticeably larger than any of my other coax connectors. I had to widen the holes I had already drilled for another cable (that wasn't long enough). So far the cable is doing a good job of getting the signal into the house, so we were able to cut the cable. and lower our cable bill (now we only pay for internet).

Problem Solved in Audio & Video Accessories

Like most cable cutters, I wanted to maximize terrestrial TV reception. I needed to bring the flat antenna outside and didn't want to drill a hole in the wall/siding. I bought a $7 Ancable Window flat cable from Revain. Then I buy a Cimple Weather Proof RG6 outdoor cable. OMGosh, I'm getting channels I never thought I could. Before I could only receive NBC, but now I have all the major networks and clear reception. My internal coax is also RG6 which gives the best signals. I can't wait for…
