Junk phones and accessories

Bought 3, one of them won't turn on. I tried to contact CISCO but couldn't get any useful information. Cisco is a giant that falls fast. Never buy a Cisco product if you can.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing

The perfect phone, remember this phone must be used.

Perfect phone, remember that this phone must be used with the Cisco Call Manager system to work, you cannot just connect to your home network and use the services! :)

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance

Excellent quality videophone.

Works great. I liked it very much. I wanted the display to be tiltable. I wanted the camera to rotate. Other than that, it's a great phone, although I prefer the older model's touch keyboard.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Bought 3 phones not working

Hello, I bought 3 phones for my lab. I've worked on phones my whole life. These 3 8845s are not registering, they have DHCP IP DNS and the ITL file is still loading a problem. Please let me know what else I can do as a seller.

Pros
  • Full set
Cons
  • Empty

Some phones require preliminary firmware

That's it, these phones can be new and have been sitting in the room for years. There is preliminary firmware that is required to update the phone to a version where CUCM can update from this point.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • I really have no complaints about this, everything is fine

Great phone for the home or office

I've always been a big fan of Cisco VoIP phones, and it's not just because I worked for them years ago lol. The new features on this phone are phenomenal. I really like being able to talk to other people and have instant webcam access. I also connected a wireless headset to this device and everything works fine.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • A bit worn
