The weights are nicely colored and small enough to fit any rim diameter. They are steel and can be difficult to fit into the radius of a very small diameter wheel. Haven't tried them on my small wheels yet but I think they will be fine!

I love the product. But I've had many calls from customers that they fall off after installation. I am sure that the rim is very clean. Just a heads up to anyone thinking of using this product. Also stick them for at least a week after installation. Tacky glue not as good as 3m

Appears to be a quality product. I didn't buy it for wheel balancing. more likely to balance the telescope, and also recognized that they would do well to add weight to model trains.
