Beautiful color and quality. As others have said, the straps are too long. I'm 5'4" but all I did to shorten it was tie a knot and it worked well. Plenty of space and now I've used it on a business trip and took my laptop with me. Lots Zippered pockets keep things organized It's nice to have a cool backpack

First Claire Chase product I own. It's VERY WELL made (obviously in Colombia) and does everything I hoped it would. Yes, the comments about the long straps are correct and the backpack sits low on the back, but I'm used to that. I find the straps designed this way make it easy to slip into a heavy jacket. The other attributes including design and finish are so pleasing that I can only give this bag 5 stars. Very satisfied.

What was not mentioned in the description is that it has wonderful padded pockets that give you extra protection for your iPad/Laptop/eBook. It was a wonderful surprise! I am an adult college student and wanted a more sophisticated backpack to replace my nylon Under Armor backpack. I found this and fell in love with it along with the price! Received and tried today.
