Great for the winter months

I live in the North East and during the harsh winter months your skin, especially on your face, can become dry due to the heat. Make-up looks sticky, skin cracks or becomes rough. This face oil really helps keep skin hydrated during the harsh winter months. Apply, let dry, then apply your regular moisturizer day or night or both (depending on how dry your skin is) and you won't be disappointed. Small things have a big impact. I would not recommend it for oily skin. I'm in my 40s and have…

Great for dehydrated or aging skin

I bought this a week ago and absolutely love it! I am 54 years old and I take very good care of my skin. I always remove makeup before bed, moisturize my skin, use vitamin C, low retinol, sometimes face masks, etc. . Due to the recent cold snap, the humidity at work and at home has been consistently below 20 and to be honest, I've been a little overwhelmed with my complexion. I felt like I had aged 10 years in the last few months. What the hell? I started throwing out every product I had in my…

Amazing facial oil. - Skin Care

I have combination skin but have been suffering from dryness for the past year. I tried Clarins LOTUS facial oil for 6 months and I really liked it, but I didn't like it. I feel hydrated all day. So far so good with it, I apply the oil to my face every morning and cover it with a day cream. I feel great every day, my skin is soft. Clarins oil also makes my skin smoother. I really recommend it if you have dry or combination skin. When you want to feel hydrated throughout the day. i like clarine

Amazing Stuff - Skin Care

I've used much more expensive oils (like Sunday Riley and Drunken Elephant) but nothing beats this. Moisturizes the skin well but not too much. I would say this is the average thickness/heaviness. I can see a difference if I skip it for a few days, my skin starts to peel and crack. I usually only use it at night, if I feel I need it during the day I mix it with a foundation (e.g. 4-5 drops). It's not that it's bad under makeup, but I like wet foundations and they can quickly get oily on my face

Pros
  • Beauty and Personal Care
Cons
  • Very Expensive
