This is my second purchase of a privacy screen. My first was for my external monitor at the office, this was for my work laptop. So the fit is perfect for my 15.6" screen. Installation has been easy and reliable so far. How long the adhesive strips will last, who knows. So from a privacy perspective it seems to only work horizontally. I have a 17 inch Dell Inspiron with a 16:10 screen. This screen protector only covers the screen which is fine, I want it to cover the entire screen but that's fine. I have installed hundreds of screen protectors from my previous job. This screen protector is terrible. You can clear the screen as far as you want and you will still have as many bubbles. Loved the packaging that it arrived on time and that it had two uses. Unfortunately, I chose the "Stick to Screen" method. Looks like a terrible window tint. I applied it as directed but the bubbles won't go away and the tape (although very thin) doesn't allow the mesh filter to lay completely flat on the monitor. I got this for my laptop and when I opened it I found that it doesn't look like regular screen protectors. You have two options for attaching the protective film. Method 1: You'll get these little protrusions to add to the edge of your screen. Problem #1, small protrusions hardly stick. Problem #2, the screen protector doesn't fit the tabs very well.
