I have a 17 inch Dell Inspiron with a 16:10 screen. This screen protector only covers the screen which is fine, I want it to cover the entire screen but that's fine. I have installed hundreds of screen protectors from my previous job. This screen protector is terrible. You can clear the screen as far as you want and you will still have as many bubbles. I really had to throw it away. bent at the top. I like the glare protection but the installation was terrible. The glue on the protector is so poorly made. And yes I spent 2 hours trying to get rid of the blisters and they all came back. I like the idea of an anti-glare and privacy screen, but then that's not it, I'm not even mad about it, I'm more disappointed with how much I spent on something so simple and I had to throw it a way. Update: Customer support contacted me. They provided more detailed installation instructions. The matte side should face the screen. They sent me a new screen protector at no extra charge. I gave one star anyway because I'd like to use the matte side toward me to avoid glare, but that's ok. Customer service is incredible.
