Based on other reviews I think my expectations were too high. Overall it seems to be a solid case, has a good color and easily fits my large work laptop. However, the seam on the side drink pocket is a bit broken, the webbing is thinner than I expected and the laptop sleeve should have more padding. I needed to replace my old work bag and after checking several options I settled on this bag. I love the color and all the pockets! Many pockets are deep enough to hold a water bottle or long wallet. The padded laptop compartment and the outer compartment with zip are very practical. It's also a great tote bag. Love everything about this bag except one. I wish the velcro in the center area where you put the computer was lower. I can't get it tight enough to hold the computer tight enough. I tried adding a piece of velcro but it won't stick to the material. But otherwise I like it. lots of space and stays on my shoulder!

I absolutely love this case - worth every penny! I used to have the signature Teacher Tote and traded it in for this one. It's big, very sturdy and well made. The structure is stable and I love all the pockets! It also has a very nice lining. I am very glad that I decided to spend money on this bag!
