🖤 Upgraded QuadGear UTV Front Windshield in Sleek Black Review

It took almost six weeks (if not longer) for the item to arrive. It fits my 2020 Kawasaki Mule SX, the wind forces it to push inwards (which isn't a big deal as it makes it easier to see through the plastic windshield). This is a pretty good item for its price.

The windshield was very difficult to put on, but we had a top on the UTV so we couldn't turn it on. When we finally drove on, it was very difficult for us to look out the window. It was a distorted vision. Can't see clearly. Everything was of good quality. It also needs more velcro to fasten it because when you use it it opens wider at the top, more velcro can be used to keep it closed.

This windshield is made of high quality material. I like the zippered straps, easy to put on in winter and easy to take off in summer. It doesn't say anywhere that it will fit the Kabota rtv 500 and I bought it knowing that. Unfortunately it's not, it's about 4 inches long and 6 inches high. For less than $40, it was worth it. Plexiglass is over $350 so I spent $40 only to find out it didn't fit. This is not Quad Gear Classic Accessories fault, they are well made. Just thought I should let…

Although the construction of this item is excellent the clear plastic is terrible. Such goods should be rolled up for transport and not folded. The item received is so dented that you cannot see through it clearly. I've tried stretching it and using a heat gun but nothing seems to get rid of the wrinkles. The only solution I'm considering is to order a better quality clear plastic piece from your local upholsterer. The only good thing about this item is that it fits the Kawasaki Mule perfectly.

I have a 2011 Kawasaki Mule 610XC. I also have the classic QuadGear Black UTV Roll Cage Top Accessory (18-079-010401-00). Apparently the workers on the top of the QuadGear factory roll cage don't speak to the workers on the windshield side of the facility because the top of the roll cage fits well and that windshield fits well, but they don't match.
