The bag was sold by 6pm and came with no Frye Leather hang tag on the strap hardware nor did it have a dust bag with it. There was some dirt and lint inside as if it had been used. A drip of something white on the leather that scraped off with a little effort. but still. I was very disappointed with these details. However it was the very last bag available in the black with antique bronze hardware so exchanging isn’t an option. So I’m keeping it I think - but there is no excuse for it to be…

Very odd smell/does not look new! Disappointed after spending forever deciding about this hefty purchase. The positives are: fast service, great design I was searching for and comfy over shoulder. The cons: Very poor packaging.arrive just in a plastic bag in box.no cloth bag and the smell was very much like an old closet or an old cargo ship/box.smell of mildew. I really think unfortunately, this particular bag (wine color) was used because it had such a bad odor almost like the ingredient used

This is a perfect size! I ordered the apricot color but it is more pink in tone. It goes with so much! The leather is soft. I like the magnetic closure! All around nice piece!

Only a few days after I got it I noticed a little bolt that holds the strap was missing and that was extremely disappointing from such an expensive bag from a good brand. I haven't had it fixed yet and I love the bag otherwise and get tons of compliments on it.

I love this big roomy bag. I took it on my latest trip and all of my things fit perfectly in it. The leather is a beautiful color and is very high quality. I love all of my Frye bags.

I truly love the look and quality of this bag, however it is too deep for me. It takes forever to find/dig out items. The purse also does not stay upright so everything in the side pockets falls out when you set the purse down.

First I should say I love this bag. Its beautiful. I am super disappointed that the rivets came out. I started using it December 26 and it came apart February 5th. I was hoping I could return it but its passed its time for the return policy. I wanted to warn other purchasers that the bag is not the supreme quality Frye is known for. I don't really believe its the sellers fault but I hope this helps some people out there.

This is the best hobo! I purchased the Melissa satchel and Melissa hobo. I returned the satchel, while a gorgeous bag, the handles were very bulky. This hobo is awesome, I want one in every color. I purchased the red clay and the highs and lows in the leather are beautiful. Get this one ladies you will love it!

Absolutely gorgeous, and beautiful color. The big drawback, though, is that it closes by magnets. I originally gave it a 5-star, but upon using it, I find that with a normal amount of items in the bag, the top flops open because the magnets aren't strong enough to keep it closed. Therefore I have to really limit what goes in the bag so that it doesn't pop open.which sort of defeats the purpose of having a large bag.

It was a beautiful bag, I just didn't care for the fit. The bag itself was a bit hard to get into and maneuver around. I also didn't love where it fell on my body. Personal preferences. But the leather was amazing! Very nice.

Literally just check the pictures on the Frye website and compare. Mine didn’t even come with the little Frye tag LOL and it doesn’t even have the little plaque on the back Omfg….? lol no way am I keeping this I’m literally returning it now as I type this Smdh so fake

I HAVE LOVED THIS BAG SINCE IT HIT THE MARKET, NOW I FINALLY OWN ONE.got rid of all the other " want to be” my bags. Off to the thrift shop! I found " the one ".

I usually don’t write reviews but this is a beautiful bag and I’m kind of a bag snob. For less then $200 dollars it’s a steal. If it wears well I’m planning to buy it in different colors.
