Works well for mobile phone transmission!

I bought this device to use with a 1TB portable hard drive so I can transfer photos, videos and files from my Samsung 8 Galaxy mobile phone. It works as expected and I am very satisfied. I plugged the USB-C cable into an outlet to provide power.

The USB-C multiport adapter is a great asset for Mac users at work or on the go

I've been using the CLDAY USB-C multiport adapter for about 2 weeks with constant Success. Due to the way my workspace is set up, there are multiple devices attached to my laptop that only have USB-C ports. My Mac is picky and doesn't recognize peripherals connected to third-party products, but it loves it! I've bought other adapters or USB-C connectors in the past and they only worked for about a week.
