Poor quality

Poor quality Ratchet fell off but I reattached it with fastener sealant and the side piece was broken. The threads in the cartridge are rough but turn well so it generally works but not very high quality.

Everything is OK.

Works well. Holds a faucet well etc. I just don't like it. The ratchet mechanism works like this: a small switch bounces up and down during the ratchet, which is odd when your fingers are in that area. And the switch is weak. I love faucet handles that have a centering hole at the top for easy alignment, but this one doesn't have it. There are better ways.
