As a cleaning professional, I tested this vacuum cleaner. Pros: Amazing tube length for collecting cobwebs and debris in crevices, cracks and corners. The absorption is complete. In my opinion this is the best commercial canister vacuum cleaner. We have 2 of them and clean houses for rent. This is a very durable, well-built vacuum with extremely powerful suction. It sucks in everything that goes through the hose! The CO711 is not useless and has no unnecessary bells and whistles that break quickly. Expensive $240. The product is mediocre. The cable is not retractable. It's too long and confusing. One was missing when the box was opened. There is no way to contact the seller and speak to a person to complain. Brand new but one disc fell off after a few uses (see photo). Suction power is good, as you would expect from a 1200W output.
