And unfortunately, lint pills stick stubbornly to washcloths. The clumps will not be removed by many washes or trips through the dryer. I'm 60 and I've never experienced anything like this. The lint is impervious to the lint roller and even the duct tape (I kept running through the strips of duct tape and pressing hard, but the pills still didn't rise). These washcloths are. stunning. They are so soft, absorb moisture well and wash well. I do not use fabric softeners or towel dryers. I learned years ago that using these products makes bath towels and hand towels less absorbent. Since softness is a must for me, I have a hard time finding towels that stay soft without fabric softener and dryer sheets. However, they are so soft after washing and drying that I thought my husband put fabric softener in them, but he didn't. I keep my fingers crossed

Update 2 years later: Still perfect! Never slipped. Never faded (what can I say). Already washed 100 times hot water circuit. Still looks and works the same as the day I bought it almost 2 years ago. Update a year later: still great! Just as good as when you bought it. We use them to wash our kids in the bath and I also wash my face and dry my face. We use them every time before washing so they've probably been washed 50 times in the last year and they still look great. No lint problems like…
