Leaked, doesn't really wash clothes

Doesn't really wash clothes. They don't look clean or smell clean. You have to wash it with another detergent, which is very wasteful. And it leaked all over the place, soaking the box, although there was no visible damage to the outer box. The packaging just doesn't work and neither does the product. I won't buy again, waste of money.

Works, I like clean ingredients, doesn't smell as good as hoped

I want to give five stars - I really appreciate non-toxic clean ingredients - just wish it smelled a little better. It doesn't smell bad. It just doesn't smell very strong at all - maybe it smells a bit like herbs? I'm looking for a detergent that smells fresh and feels high but without chemicals and I was hoping this was the one. I would still buy again if I couldn't find a better smelling one because it seems to clean well, but I don't miss the smell of all natural cleaning products.
