Received one it broke, customer service was great and quickly sent me another one used about 4-5 times only that was a problem . The second broke after 3 uses, the water tank did not heat up. I have a feeling this is a design flaw and that turning it upside down is bad for the heating element. I used the first one more for mopping, but it still broke very quickly and the steam function got stuck and burned by itself. I wanted so badly to fall in love with this product but as with most things I have ordered I was very disappointed and annoyed. First, the main steam button on the back of the case does nothing. Don't click. Vapor does not change. Nothing. It bothered me, but whatever. At least steam works.
