Update: Some have mentioned that the shield falls under your nose when speaking. I've never met anyone who exhales through their nose when speaking. Also of note is that it doesn't go under the nostrils, the only part that can transfer liquids. Unlike cloth or paper, these shields prevent 100% of mucus or saliva from reaching others.
