Works great. As a man, I've never worn a necklace, but I wanted a pretty cross. I give credit to women for handling claw fasteners. Putting the chain on and off was an absolute pain. No longer! It was so easy to "install" this magnetic clasp. The magnet is nice and strong so I don't have to worry about the chain falling off.

Have bought these several times. Even though I make jewelry and have all the tools, I like them because they can be worn without tools, no extra jump loops, etc. The only downside is that the gold colored magnets change color very quickly - they darken and contrast with 14k. Gold jewelry but I still have it under my hair so I'm not worried about that. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the discoloration after a short time.
