It's easy to set up for any website that you're building or have already built with PHP/MySQL backend - just include their JS library in your codebase! I haven't found anything yet which could be improved about this product as it seems like they are doing everything right from me (as far as my knowledge goes). The fact that it's open source makes me feel more comfortable about its security compared to other programs I've used before (like Google Analytics).It gives you good insights into your website traffic so far for last few days or whatever period has been tracked by GA - which can be quite helpful in optimizing things if needed! It's very easy to use and understand. The heatmap can be customized in many ways like zoom levels, coloring scheme etc. I have used this tool for my web analytics projects.
