Good reference for professionals

Colored images that give you general rules about specific diseases so you can adapt them to your needs. Definitely for the pro or someone who knows a little more than a beginner. Contains 1 page each for upper and lower lymph. But if you know your patient, you can adapt the methods to your needs.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I will add later

Excellent source of benefits and use of kinesiotape with pictures of proper placement. All methods are tried and tested and proven to be effective for the diagnoses listed in the book. The Kinesio Taping method is a quick application with a lasting effect between physiotherapy sessions. Instructions for gluing the tape are also included.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Hard to say

This is my written Bible!

I have completed all kinesiology taping courses. This is the best manual ever! I love how it's connected as you can put it on the table while recording someone and it stays open. I wish it had more apps and I wish it was in color! There are many more uses they could include in the next issue for swelling, scarring and pain relief. If it comes in color I'll be the first to buy it!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Nothing here

This 3rd edition is a great book to have on hand in the clinic

This 3rd edition is a great book to have on hand in the clinic. I learned my kinesio taping techniques with the 2nd edition, this one has a few different techniques and variations that the other doesn't have. The pictures are great and the explanations are easy to understand. Especially if I have to describe to another therapist, I could talk about what I did (to help his patient) while he was away.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Appearance

A very technical product for medical supplies and equipment

Please note that this is a technical adhesive guide. This is for professionals or those who have studied anatomy well enough to understand the jargon and terms used. I'm not a PT or anything so I have to wait for my PT family to come home before I can use it. I understand enough to be dangerous but I won't be using it at the moment as I won't stick anything wrong and cause injury. If you are a Kinesio trainer this should be a great guide with many options for many different injuries and muscle…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some difficulties

This is an incomplete product for braces, splints and supports

The book is incomplete and doesn't make much sense. Reviewers confuse me even though My Bible is "Not for Lay People" because I said the book is EXTREMELY incomplete. It was intended for my library that I use for my clients. I should have consulted with a colleague before spending $70. First, in the lower leg section, instead of describing how to properly apply tape, for example, gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior, soleus, peroneal, you know, all those muscles that athletes pull and strain all…

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Great guide for clinicians, good pictures, very difficult for a layperson

I swear by kinesiology taping. Over the years he has helped me solve many different problems, helped myself and others. I've had this book for three years now and refer to it regularly. However, I often dismiss the book and just try something new as it is extremely difficult to handle without a clinical understanding of anatomy and various physical diseases. I'm not a doctor, but I have a solid understanding of the human body, particularly the anatomy of the muscles and fascia (injury/disease…

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
