🍫 Clinique Lash Power Mascara in Chocolate Brown Review

I usually buy $5-7 mascara because I change it every 3 months or so and I hate spending so much so often. But I was fed up with clumping and peeling and I decided to spend extra money on it. Coats each lash, looks natural and soft. No peeling or clumping. The dark brown goes well with my fair skin and freckles. It just comes off with warm water so I tell myself the extra money I'm spending on mascara is okay and I don't have to buy eye makeup remover anymore!

This is one of the few "tube-shaped" mascaras. This is perfect for those with long lashes as this mascara stays in place until you wash it off with water. My lashes are pale and long and of course I use moisturizer around my eyes. Every other mascara migrates over and under my lashes except this type of mascara. It's a keeper!

I have used this product before and I really liked it. I accidentally ordered "brown" instead of "black" and was surprised that it turned out to be quite a light brown. And it's actually a bit softer than black, so I'll probably use that color in the future! This mascara wears great if you don't touch it during the day (it peels off weirdly). But it holds up well in rain or sweat and is easily removed with warm, soapy water.

I am a fair skinned redhead looking for brown mascara as any black makes me look like a Sicilian widow. Unfortunately, this Clinique "Dark Chocolate" is VERY dark and quite close to black, too dark for me. The application brush is also very thin, which makes it difficult for the eyelashes to fluff up. However, the quality of the mascara is good, it lasts well, basically does not smear and can be removed with soap and water or make-up remover wipes.

By far my favorite mascara. It comes in brown (dark chocolate) and lasts all day. In fact, the only problem is that it is very difficult to remove at the end of the day. The label doesn't say it's waterproof, but in my experience it is.

Bought many times. I use it because I'm not allergic to it. The last two times I bought it it was pretty dry. I thought it was an accident with the one from two times ago. I bought this mascara and it seemed dry at first. I should have been more careful. When I decided to return the money, it was already too late. It's so expensive that I won't make that mistake again. I will try to find it with myself or with another seller.

It's perfect because you can't easily remove it! This is perfect if you have a lot of tears or if your "oils" give you a raccoon eye with other mascaras. When I put this on it lasts all day. look perfect. To remove you need to wash your face with a good facial cleanser and it comes off clean like little tubes. no smearing. I've been using this particular brand/product for a million years :)
