Frustrated with makeup

I use this Clinique eyebrow pencil all the time and I love it. However, this particular seller, Open Seasons, ended up sending me a broken and unusable one. I contacted the company and never got a response from them. I advise against buying from this store.

Very natural brows

As a 69-year-old woman, I was very careful not to create brows that were too dark and the wrong color. The seller showed me this pencil at the Ulta store and I really liked it. There are always two in my set.

The product itself is excellent! The boxes were delivered destroyed. Broken open at both ends. The grateful liner itself was fine. Very unusual
