I expected the quality of the store and received an unexpected surprise. These clips are very strong and don't break as easily as store bought or goody brands. The spring is firm so your hair stays put. I have very thick hair, so it's always reckless with bobby pins like this. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I use these every day and have found that the ones I can find in stores break very easily. You used to be able to find stronger ones, but now it's like a conspiracy that you have to replace them. However, these hair claws are quite strong and require a lot more force to break. In addition, the price is unbeatable. I recommend them and would buy them again.

Not too happy with these items. The size is what I expected, as are the colors. But as I use them throughout the day, the piece of metal holding them together starts to loosen; and I don't mean just one, it's happened to several. I will not buy these items again.

I used the first one which worked for a few days and then the spring flew out when it was opened rendering it useless as it couldn't be put back together. I'm on my third now and I'm glad I bought the 18 pack. The unit isn't high quality and when they run out I won't be buying this type again.
