Size runs very, very small - order double the size you normally wear.

I bought this shirt for my brother who lives in a nursing home and wears 5X. As soon as I took it out of the box I knew it would never fit him! It's more like 3X. I won't even give it to him. My grandson wears 3X - he just got a new shirt! Laugh out loud! I'm glad there's someone to give - I hate giving things back. The shirt looks good - appears to be well made - just too, too small.

At least one size smaller than stated on the label

Well made shirt but the size is smaller than the tags say. I ordered 5X to be on the safe side but it's smaller than other shirts I have in 3X.
