Used it on my first trip today. Plugged in, everything works as it should. I connected the cable to the iPhone, the screen stayed on, the music played, and the phone charged for a comfortable hour-long ride. So far, so good!

An easy way to check battery voltage when using 2 USB ports with other peripherals. When you're not using the USB ports, the device comes with a nice rubber cover that keeps the ports clean for the next use.

Durable and high quality materials. Modern design, just plug in and go. More importantly, it has two ports with a protective cover when not in use. In addition, you can use multiple devices that are very helpful while driving at dusk. Thanks Eli

It works so well on my BMER K1600GT during long rides. It keeps my cell charged in areas where the cell signal is weak or absent. This prevents me from draining my battery when I'm looking for a signal and I don't have to put my iPhone on airplane mode to keep it. I also like the blue LED display. I would happily buy another one.

I bought this unit to charge my phone while riding my motorcycle. So I can manage my navigation and stream music. Worked great. The plug sits securely in the bike socket and the USB cable stays in the socket. I wasn't exposed to rain, so I can't say anything about the weather resistance. One thing that could have been changed is the cover artwork; If you use one USB output, the other is open to dust and water.

2 failure modes in the very first season 1) charge stop in the rain. Remember my bike has a good windshield. 2) After doing about 3,000 miles, it literally fell apart at the end of a quick 800 miles. Cheap or not, I think it's reasonable to expect more than a few months of driving. For this reason I bought another, more expensive model, where the USB port is on the side and not on top towards the sky. So far, so good.

I don't want to leave feedback. I received the following: Cllena DIN Hella Plug to Dual Quick Charge 3.0 USB Charger with LED Voltmeter for BMW Motorrad (Blue) and it is too large in diameter to fit into a 12V cigarette lighter socket. Am I missing something in the item description or does it need an additional item to work? I like the cover and it looks well made. I just can't use it on a 12v motorcycle outlet. Any help would be great otherwise I would have to send it back. Many Thanks

Some reviews said poor quality. In my experience this is a reliable and durable kit for my 2010 BMW K1300GT motorcycle. I use both ports at the same time to charge my phone and a rechargeable Bluetooth headset. The voltmeter is an interesting addition. I have no idea if it reflects the correct voltage in real time or not, but I would like to see the reading. In addition, the blue light is very visible and attractive.
