Here I thought I knew how to recognize a real watch until one day he was late for class. He said I couldn't get my phone out and I replied that there were clocks all over the school. But I can't read them. Crazy! I received this watch and we solved the problem together. This is a great clock to teach any child to tell time.

One of the best designs for kids' exercise watches I've seen. Liszt listed almost every way one can learn to tell time, from exact numbers and military time to common slang terms. Can be used to teach not only time but numbers with ease. Every Pre-K kid will find something in there that they "know" that they can expand on.

I bought this for my middle school class to help a lot of students who have either never learned to tell the time or have in the last year and a half school. They were so excited they didn't have to ask for the time anymore - they could find out for themselves! He also fell twice (high school students in the middle of growth spurts have trouble understanding their wingspan) and survived unharmed. Very useful and very durable!

This children's analog clock offers many opportunities to teach your child to read time. All seconds are numbered along with the military clock ending with a colorful circle in the center illustrating the concept of a quarter/thirty to/past the hour. The colors look fun but aren't too overwhelming to tell the time. The second hand is really quiet - I didn't hear it move! It was a great addition to my child's nursery. I highly recommend this watch!

5 stars - if the program is running. I bought this for my nephew and our online timekeeping tutorials. It looked like an absolutely gorgeous watch, colorfully presented, with a lot to learn from. The fine print indicates that the correct AA batteries are required; We did. However, batteries do not stay installed for long. They pop out at one end, then of course the watch won't work. This learning clock is perfect! It appalls me that all children's watches are digital, which does not teach the child to tell and understand time. I bought it for my granddaughter so she can learn to speak and understand the time. Parents need to understand how important this simple skill really is. This large, colorful wall clock is ideal for teaching young children to read non-digital clocks. Large, bright, easy-to-read numerals including clearly marked 0 to 60 minute or second markers around the outer rim. Also, half of the clock has the inscriptions 'from 5 to', 'from 10 to', etc., as well as markings 'from 5 to', 'from 10 to', etc. along the outer edge of the other half; everything is easy to read and does not confuse the little ones.
