Poorly made: Spring tabs

I will be returning this, very flimsy and cheaply made. The handle isn't even fixed in the extended position, just shortened. The photo is misleading because when the edge folds over towards the baseboard and you try to push it, the head rotates to become parallel to the wall. I regret that decision.

The most effective floor and wall mop on the market

Remember how Bona made the fluffy mop? Well, Bona stopped, but luckily someone else took up the slack and created an even fluffier mop head with a super dusty magnet. I also like a mop that fits this because of the ease of lengthening (lengthening or shortening the handle) and the flexible mop frame that makes it easy to wipe down uneven surfaces like baseboards, ceiling moldings. Wash before use to avoid accidentally plucking lint and wash as needed to keep them working well. Great mop…

Great for pet hair!

I LOVE this thing. I have polished concrete floors and I just walk him around on the floor and he collects a lot of things. I only washed it once. When I washed it the "flakiness" was gone, but it still rises. I bought it a few months ago. I go outside and knock it off by banging it against the house. It's like beating a carpet. Dust and hair fly away at once. I've found that washing doesn't get rid of everything. I have a golden doodle and his shedding is more like fluffy balls of fur around…

Emergency Complaint Response

Bought this a few months ago but only started using it today (well I HATE cleaning). That worked great. within the first half hour. Then the head broke off the base. This is a flimsy plastic joint that cannot be repaired. I will contact support and see if I can get a refund, but I doubt that will happen given the time that has passed. That's a really bad deal! UPDATE: I changed this rating from one star to three because the company immediately sent me a replacement rag. Haven't started using it

professional housekeeper. I bought this and other heads to go with it. I love it. If I could make changes I would make it bigger and make the velcro style compatible although I understand the flex edge is a cheap punt, grips are expensive. They're caked with dirt and dust and hair and it really sticks. I'm not 100% sure but it's better than any other product I've found for this purpose. I've used them on floors, walls, ceilings and even threw away the pen and used it as a duster. Works great…

If only they made a mop that easy.

I love this rag. I had another red pencil and liked it too until someone tripped over it while dusting and I found the aluminum pencil to be very brittle. It looks durable and is easy to put on and take off, the dusters take care of that quickly. However, with my other rag, it was easy to get him to climb "the baseboards" of the wall. However, this cloth requires a bit of effort to get onto the baseboard. I think over time it will not be as rigid and will become more flexible. I bought 6 more…
