I love her!

This is a life saver when you need to bury a ton of thread in your quilt which is what I bought it for. I've found them to be handy for a lot of things. Anytime I need to sew something on quickly, like a button, I reach for it. My 42 year old eyes have had enough trouble with regular threading needles now as the convenience of these is great. One caveat: If the thread isn't fully inserted, it will snap your thread. This is absolutely user error if this happened to me, so just a note.

Pros
  • High Quality Clover Sewing Idea
Cons
  • Great Price

Works perfectly! I can thread a needle in seconds! No eye strain!

Great invention! I don't sew as much anymore and just have to regularly change the button or sew up the hole etc. I'm having so much trouble threading the needle now. It took seconds! The only downside I found was trying to hold the needle with one hand and then holding the thread tight enough to thread it through the tip of the needle. But I've found that by holding the needle and a piece of thread I can hold it tight enough for the thread to slide over the tip. Easy enough! This is salvation!

  • Time saving

Just doesn't work

I expected and I couldn't thread the thread through the eye of the needle according to the instructions. First, I tried the smallest needle, about the size used for hand sewing delicate fabrics - it just snapped the thread and didn't poke the needle. Then I tried the biggest needle in the pack and when I tried to thread the thread through the hole in the eye it wouldn't go in. I pulled until the thread broke so I don't think it's a great invention, I thought it would be. It was worth trying and
