Costs money! suitable for bags, cases and sleeves

I was looking for a bag that can be used as a backpack, fit a laptop and planner, but looks better than a regular backpack. This is exactly what I was looking for. So far it's holding up great. I'm a teacher so I had to have my hands free to carry all the other items. I also carry it as a purse. The pockets are huge. This bag offers a lot of space. I get compliments on that all the time. Very happy with this purchase!

DISAPPOINTED well suited for computers & accessories

AT FIRST GLANCE THE BAG LOOKS LIKE PLASTIC BUT THE HEADS HAVE LEATHER. AT A SECOND LOOK, THE STRAP AND ZIP-UP REMOTE ARE NOT LEATHER (I'M SURE). I CANNOT DETERMINE IF THE PART THAT GOES UNDER THE BAG IS LEATHER OR NOT, IT DOESN'T FALL OR LOOK LIKE REAL LEATHER. IT DON'T EVEN SMELL LIKE REAL LEATHER. I LOVE THE STYLE, THE SOFT SHOULDER STRAPS AND IT HAS ONE OF THE GOOD LININGS I'VE SEEN ON A BAGS. THIS BAG WOULD BE THE BEST BACKPACK I EVER HANDLED (IF IT WAS ALL REAL LEATHER) HAVE NOT DETERMINED

3 star customer service, 2.5 for product

bag arrived as advertised. However, after 1 week of travel use, the front of the bag showed paint chipping and paint blisters on one side of the bag. All I've put on it so far is a rug, a table, and car seats, so the peeling paint was unexpected. Also, I read the instructions and didn't wash the bags, just wiped the dirty spots with a damp paper towel, so blowing the paint didn't make any sense either. Contact the customer support. They were willing to send me another bag which was nice of them
