All I've put on it so far is a rug, a table, and car seats, so the peeling paint was unexpected. Also, I read the instructions and didn't wash the bags, just wiped the dirty spots with a damp paper towel, so blowing the paint didn't make any sense either. Contact the customer support. They were willing to send me another bag which was nice of them but when I got the new bag the leather was clean and without blemish but the packaging was really poor quality. The clear plastic bag wrapper had been torn and tucked under the bag, with the flaps peeling off, unlike the careful wrapping of the first bag. Also, this time the zipper is stuck and constantly jams. The barcode on this new bag starts with LPN, which often means the customer is sending it back. In short, the bag is damaged after 1 week of use. I received another bag after speaking to customer service, but the replacement bag was a different customer return with a different defect.
