Craftsman is the best brand for tools and tool storage. The tool box was damaged but well packaged, the box is undamaged. I assumed the damage was done either during packing for shipping or at the factory. Next to.

The screws needed to mount the handle were missing. I contacted support for screws and they gave me a run. The top of the chest was dented and the corners were crumpled. All I wanted were screws for the handle and I can't even get that.

This is a sturdy tool box. Unfortunately it arrived crumpled. Fortunately, the dents don't seem to affect the function of the drawers or the strength of the toolbox. I would send it back but it's damn heavy. I had to destroy the box to get it and then I saw it was dented.

I bought this after finally filling the Craftsman box I've had for 30 years. Although Craftsman is no longer Sears, the quality is still very good. Excellent quality solid metal drawers. The only thing I have is that they come with soft drawer lining material which is nice. What's not great is that they don't come in sufficient quantity to line up all the drawers. You need to buy more if you want all the drawers to be aligned.

The foam wasn't damaged but the chest was badly dented in many places. Are dents and dents something special? It's just a tool box, but I had to chisel out the dents with a hammer. I will never buy from this seller again and am asking for a partial refund as I need the chest now and have no hesitation in returning it for another one that is dented. I could have spent a lot less to buy it from Lowe's but I thought the extra cost was worth it as I didn't bother with the store during the Covid…
