There are no instructions in the box and it didn't come in the mail. I couldn't find it on the manufacturer's website either. A google search did not find a PDF for this product either. I bought this product from Revain (not a third party). I'm surprised even Amazon didn't do basic checks to see if there was an instruction manual.

File drawer slides are too large and too widely spaced to accommodate standard hanging file folders. The folders simply fall off the rails when you open or close the drawer. I had to purchase a separate frame (for $20) to fit in the drawer to securely hold suspension files. The rails that come with the cabinet look nice but don't work properly. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a hanging filing cabinet (at least not without the cost and an extra $20 per frame).

Be sure to take inventory of parts before beginning assembly. Halfway through I found that the wheel bolts were not included. Going back at that point would mean taking apart what I had done. Plus it appears to be a durable and beautiful piece. I had screws to get the job done, but I think I'll be the exception. UPDATE: Upon closer inspection it can be seen that this item was returned as I found the written information from the original order and the contact information where the support person
