I do not like it! best when sewing

I had a hard time working with this yarn. It breaks badly no matter what tension setting is used. I've got my work done, but I'll look for another thread for future outdoor projects.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • no insurance

Heavy Duty Male Thread

Superior Quality. I used this theme to change my Jeep's convertible top windows. It's not in the garage and is out in the sun, in the harsh salty coastal air, and in the rain. The thread holds up great. No shedding (I bought black), no stretching, no problem! Your project will not fail thanks to this thread, sew boldly.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • No

Very durable, will not deteriorate outdoors!

Exactly what I needed, VERY strong thread. I used this type in a project that was outdoors and exposed to the elements. It's actually a jeep cockpit curtain and it's holding up great! No seams! So when I had a few more projects that required the yarn's strength and durability, I ordered the exact same thing. A good thing!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

I like Outdoor Living Thread

I really like this Outdoor Living Thread for making or repairing camping supplies and such. It's definitely hard enough to fix a camp chair when the stitching comes undone. Lately I've been using it to make new strong nylon roof rack pads for my windsurfers. I made a nylon sleeve over the pool noodles. It was a custom length not on sale.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

does his job well and proudly

didn't know what to expect. Not a pro, not even an amateur, just a mom with a silly Christmas gift idea and a barely thought through plan, but boy! This thread did exactly what it needed to do and then some. Explanation - I sewed 2 faux fur bedspreads together and stuffed them with old stuffed animals for a 10 bed dorm chair and this thread held it all together through countless beatings and rearrangements.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • little things
